The Michigan Supreme Court has struck down mask mandates at every level of government where a case has made it to them. The Michigan Legislature has warned health departments not to abuse their mandate authority by defunding departments that do, and the governor has signed it into law.

Yet our local counties and school districts insist on taking away our rights through the illegal use of mandates.

No more.

Wear a mask if you prefer. Don't wear a mask if you don't prefer.

This includes public school settings where school districts have illegally mandated forced masking.

This Wednesday, October 6th, is school count day. Let the school choose between an illegal mask policy and your tax dollars. If they don't enforce their policy for money, then they either believe the health threat isn't significant, or they believe your child's health is worth less than $8,700. If they do enforce their mask policy, they are denying your child's educational rights in support of an illegal mandate.

In either case you have all the evidence you need to sue the district, and force them to take their case to the Supreme Court, or admit that what they're doing is unconstitutional.
